BEECH CREEK — Aaron and Miriam Allgyer started Dream Building Solutions LLC in 2015 with the goal of building post frame buildings with exceptional quality.

The name Dream Building Solutions stands for providing simple, efficient and exceptional solutions to meet the needs (and dreams) of their customers. Quality materials, clean work sites and professional installation are provided on each building that is dreamed and created by Dream Building Solutions LLC.

The Allgyer’s started their company by mainly building garages, workshops and horse barns; but today Dream Building Solutions LLC has expanded to offer any type of new construction such as cabins, pole buildings and home additions. The business slogan is “If you can dream it, we can build it for you.”

Aaron and his crew also have a huge passion for remodeling and restoration projects. They enjoy taking something old and possibly re-roofing it, adding new windows or a new color of siding that ultimately creates a bright, new look for the building. Interior remodeling also fits their expertise.

Dream Building Solutions offers a large variety of roofing and siding materials that can help you spruce up your existing structures or customize and compliment your new, custom-designed building.

According to Aaron Allgyer, “As you can already guess, 2021 was a challenging year in the construction industry with fast-rising costs for materials, shortages of supplies and delays in receiving products and inventory.”

When asked what he would be looking forward to in 2022, Allgyer responded quickly, “For 2022, we here at Dream Building Solutions LLC are looking forward to working with new clients as well as repeat clients. Hopefully we’ll all see lower prices on building materials which will make people want to begin their building projects. Metal roofing prices are already beginning to soften which is a welcomed sign in the construction industry.”
