A Chinese phone maker – Youwei Mobile has launched the first non Huawei phone – VIKK K19 Pro which comes with Kirin 985 5G chipset and HarmonyOS 2 operating system. The development is quite huge and it’s good to see, how small manufacturers are seeing opportunities to partner with Huawei.

According to the information, the appearance of the VIKK K19 Pro is similar to the Huawei Nova 8 Pro. Since it’s copied model made with the Huawei design patent, we cannot criticize its design or hardware perspectives. Although, we can surely explore it.

This phone sports a 6.72 inch 120Hz curved edge display that supports 10bit color depth and displays up to 1.07 billion colors, and adopts a triple mixed liquid cooling system consisting of large area VC liquid cooling + 3D graphene cooling film + high thermal conductivity metal.

That’s not it, the phone is packed with a 4000mAh battery that could recharge with a 66W super fast charger and it could fill 60 percent of the battery in just 15 minutes of charging and 100 percent in 35 minutes. Coming to the camera section, the phone doesn’t disappoint with its massive camera system that has, “once again”,  a similar design to the Huawei Nova 8 Pro. The VIKK K19 Pro is open for pre-sale in China but there are no further details about the phone have been posted on the official website. However, it’s expected that the phone could appear on Huawei Mall in the near future but the news has not been confirmed by the company.

Last month, the phone launched the VIKK V16 Pro smartphone, equipped with a 6.67-inch large screen, jumbo 6000mAh battery, 18W fast charging, OTG reverse sharing, and MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor.
